Delete your Sorevi account

Sorevi users can request deletion of their account and associated Sorevi application data.

Delete your account in the Sorevi app

  1. Sign in to Sorevi.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

If you cannot access your account

You can request account deletion by emailing sorevi.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Sorevi account. Use the subject Sorevi account deletion request.

We may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

Deleting your account requests deletion of your Sorevi account and associated application data handled by Sorevi, such as account-linked progress, goals, challenge and practice information, notification preferences, and other account-linked service data.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Service providers may also apply their own retention requirements to information they process.

Subscriptions: Deleting your Sorevi account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel store subscriptions through the relevant app-store account settings.
